Hello I am Victor S. owner of Special Cuts Lawn Care Services, Located in Detroit, Michigan. In 2006 I noticed some of my elderly neighbors struggle to keep their yards maintained. For some it was physical and others financial.Those that could afford a service would get overcharged, poor service and low quality work.Some would even get charged for services not performed.So as a good neighbor I tried to help as many of my elderly neighbors I could ,Soon it became single mothers,busy fathers...This lead to being referred to friends, family, Their neighbors....
